This is my worst all inclusive vacation ever! I want my money back !!! I was there with my friends,and here are some of the things that are so bad!!! 1. We were there from July 8 to July 11, and wasn’t any A/c working. 2. For the entire resort they have only 1 [one only) iron , and no iron birds. 3. The kid swimming pool was dirty, water was green . 4. No shampoo , or any any other things only one small soap. 5 No towels at the beach, they did not change them in the room 6. The food is horrible , no service at all, 7. All the staff is Ukrainian , and they do not speak Bulgarian or English. 8. No soap or toilet paper in the restrooms at the lobbies. I have pictures upon request. This is not even 1 star resort.

There’s no air conditioning in the room very outdated only 2 towels no shampoo food not that great only one alcohol bar the water park was out of service!!The beach and sea great! No beach towels and no enough beach chairs and umbrellas!! !!No worth the that i spent

İnternet yok. Odalarda İnternet zaten yok sadece lobide olduğu söyleniyor, olduğu söyleniyor diyorum çünkü hiçbir şekilde bağlanamadım. Odalar güzel temiz ve rahat. Personel ingilizce bilmiyor veya yardımcı olmak istemiyor. Sabah kahvaltıda kahve makinesinden ya su ya süt gelince pes ettim içemedim. Havuzu açık değildi, havuzun yerine kocaman yosunlu bir çöküntü vardı ve kaldığımız yeri ona göre seçmemize rağmen Aquaparklı tarafta kalmadık ve kullanamadık. Odalarından başka güzel hiçbir yeri yoktu ve hayatımda gördüğüm en kötü hizmetti.

The hotel and the entire complex appear neglected, without any maintenance for the past decade, resulting in a deplorable condition. Despite its size, the hotel only has two functional elevators, and there is a shortage of sunbeds. While the quality of the food and snacks was not terrible, the extensive waiting times and the absence of juices and non-alcoholic beverages made the stay extremely unsatisfactory.

Guests are rude. Very long queues for food, you need to queue for 20mins to get anything. In order to have a balanced meal with meat & veg & salad you need to queue 3 times = 60 minutes in queues for every meal. Food the same every day, not a great standard. Very limited drinks, often only water available. Sun beds always available - a huge bonus! Water park is great fun - water very cold.

Not a clean and service & food rubish also we going they alalarta restaurant and Italians restaurant they say inculcate a hotel and cooking ready frozen pizza at alacarta restaurant?????? Frozen pizzza and pasta and menu only 2 pasta dish and 3 pizza nothing else to eat rubbish hotel poor staff

Nice hotel close to the beach

Pour : location view and archiceture
Contre : upgrade and better maintenence
Emplacement : good location
Good view, good location, Staff ok, but hotel needed an upgrade as it did not suit the 4 star rating in the current condition, issues and very low maintenance, from issues with elevator, socket plugs pulled out and electrical wiring exposed, intercom telephones not working, rotten doors and door frames due to damp, overall I could rate between 2-3 stars but definitely id does not qualifies for 4 strs rating,

Maten på hotellet va bedrövligt och det va när det fanns nån mat!!! Sista 5 dagarna kunde jag inte gå förbi restaurangen utan att bli illamående. Köerna va alltid jätte långa. Området va fint samt det va jätte kul med vattenparken.
