Je ne recommande pas cet hotel.

Hotel nie zasluguje na 5*. Jedzenie słabe, brak obsługi kelnerskiej, drinki serwowanw w papierowych kubkach. Pokojowki nie sprzataja a po ich wizycie w pokoju pozostaje na dlugo smrod starego potu. Absolutnie nie polecam tego hotelu. Wstyd, ze Melia jako siec pozwala sobie na tak slaba jakosc.

Pour : Hyggelig romservice og ett fantastisk miljø-team (Animation-teamet) som var flinke til å lage trivsel. Vil spesielt fremheve Susana og David
Contre : Stopp med villedende markedsføring.
Emplacement : Beliggenheten er fin ved stranden men alt for langt unna sivilisasjonen. Det meste av butikker og restauranter i nærområdet var stengt eller nedlagt.
Hva skal man med fasiliteter som er stengt? Gratis adgang til badeland og vannsklier som det annonseres for var stengt. Og en pool som holder 17 grader. Hvem fristes av det?
Spa med full service står det under hotellfasiliteter. Men etter å ha betalt for å komme inn må man igjen betale for ting man ønsker å ta del i. Vi følte oss lurt.
Må også fortelle om sengene som var veldig harde å ligge i, veldig ukomfortable.

Great 7-day Holiday
Publié le 13 août 2018 sur HotelsThis was the second time we stayed at a Sol Hotel since we enjoyed our first visit so much. The first time we stayed at Sol Nessebar Mare (which is next door), this time Sol Nessebar Palace. Palace is slightly superior to Mare, but you won't be disappointed with either and you'll have access to the same grounds and services (not restaurants though). Let's be clear; this isn't a 5 star hotel, but for a family orientated all inclusive, you can't get much better. Don't expect fine dining, but expect variety, plenty for the kids to do, easy access to the beach and the staff are incredibly helpful/pleasant. We had a room with a sea view which was very comfortable and everything we needed was easily within reach. You WON'T go hungry at this resort!

Great friendly hotel + everything you could want
Publié le 1 oct. 2017 sur HotelsThe hotel is lovely with plenty of lovely food & drinks on the all inclusive the rooms are comfortable & our bed in the family room for 2of us was huge it was 2 queen beds together, the only thing if there is one is that it is a little bit out of the way from anything like shops etc but there are bus stops just out side to go in either direction

Nice hotel on the beach

Contre : Food labelling
Would definitely go back to this hotel, good facilities. Only issue being vegetarian was the food labelling, not always correct, you have to check visually for the ingredients esp salads. Staff don't all speak English so can't always answer your question. The beach outside the hotel is a private beach & quite clean though you have to pay for the sunbeds but not necessarily a bad thing as it stops people from reserving them. Would recommend for families.

I stayed in October so not sure if I know how is it is summer season. Over all it is nice place to stay.
I liked: hospitality, pools (so many of them), aqua park (even that I was not able to enjoy because I was out of season), perfect wireless everywhere, very clean rooms, nice food and a lot of variety except food for.babies that was missing, nice bus connections - bus station was in front of hotel.
I did't like: beach was terrible (don't count on it, except som spaces close to the beach that were dedicated for hotel guests), my room in reservation was "Park view" but from my room you could see the roof of a one floor building and after it a parking place - there was no park at all, pools not so clean, safety box with payment, parking with payment - you stay and pay 5* hotel and they make you pay parking,

Et rigtigt godt familiehotel, men en god All Inclusive. God Wifi dækning, god service og meget renligt og pænt. Desværre var vandlandet lukket ned, da hotellet ikke syntes der var mennesker nok tilstede. Det trak ned på en ellers god oplevelse.
