Disappointed

The property was not ready. There was no bathroom door, bath mat or waste basket. There is no coffee maker and there are no curtains. Pigeons are nesting outside the two windowsand there is bird poop everywhere. Not a great view. The bedroom is very cramped so we had to use the pull out bed from the sofa for one of us to sleep. This took up most of the room in the sitting area. For the price it was very disappointing.it was non refundable otherwise we would have moved.

Perfect apartment with awesome view

From the minute I just opened the door all looks perfect. vey big windows with awesome sea view. apartment very clean with modern design. I had everything I need like in my home. location also was excellent for me.

It's an Air BNB

Nothing wrong with the service or the room itself but everyone should be warned that this is not a hotel. This is an Air BNB that found itself onto hotels.com. It was very difficult to find and upon arrival, I found myself in an apartment lobby and was greeted by the host himself. Very friendly but the overall experience was that of an Air BNB, not hotel. I had to request towels, the A/C to be turned on, soap, etc. There was not even a handle for the shower head. Plus, I had to pay an additional $84 USD upon arrival which was hidden in the fine print. If you are comfortable with an Air BNB experience, this place is for you but if you want a hotel, find a real one!

We waited for this guest until 3 AM until he arrived from airport. We gave him as a free of charge full chocolates, drinks, coffee, juice, popcorn that every other hotel could charge for this extra $50. but we just wanted make our guest happy. We clean this apartment for 6 hours before guest arrived but he decide that he not need to pay for cleaning service and let us wait 2 days until he agreed to pay. we think everybody should respect others work for we can continue provide best service. We not sure if guest rank us or Hotels.com website. But this is one of the best luxuries Apartment in Israel you can find in Hotels.com We understand that guest didn't happy to pay for cleaning, and let us clean after he left more 3 hours so we not surprise from this comment
