Avis Spa getaway forest cottage

The spa and the outdoor kitchen are awesome, really unique experience. Cool location, nicely decorated spa area, and the deck and outdoor space were great Inside however we had a couple major issues. The air conditioner was one of those standalone units, didn’t cool the place down. The bed was very uncomfortable and is in the loft, way too hot to sleep. The furniture downstairs was extremely uncomfortable so we had no where to sleep. Slept on the floor to be honest Some modern, suitable furniture would boost this place up to a 4 or 5 easily. I cannot recommending staying there with the current furniture though, it’s really that bad

Really cool and unique spot. The sauna is wood fired and gets really hot once you get it going. There's a huge tub to either bathe in or use as a cold plunge. The outdoor kitchen is huge and very cool and has everything you need, but no large oven. Recommended.

The outdoor kitchen and eating area was perfect, all the necessities with some extras. The bath and sauna were a wonderful treat. If you want a quiet getaway this is the place.
