This property offers the basic amenities, is very clean, and pleasant. The outside entry to the building locks after a certain time, and our key card wasn’t working properly, but the attendant didn’t mind us waking her up to help us. No breakfast because of COVID, but otherwise everything was fine.

It was serviceable for an ISU Cyclone game weekend. The room was a former smoking room and it still smelled like it.

Messed up my room reservations, called me at 7:28 AM Said Edxpedia was useless, when in fact it was the idiot owner. I had to get 2 Expedia Agents to help me get a refund AFTER he cancelled room and then said no refund. DO NOT STAY HERE.

My 3 night stay was excellent. It was nice and quiet and I slept well. I will stay again.

marginal but clean

The room was clean and normal for the chain. The hallway had a strange odor. They cancelled my reservation by calling me while I was flying. The attendant(owner) found and reinstated my reservation from hotels.com. My hotels.com reservation was at a higher rate than their normal daily rate. I think it was overpriced for a super 8 style hotel with the pool closed and no breakfast.

first we are not chain hotel second the reason we cancelled because your credit card did not work the one you put on to book your room and again we are not chain and we do not have a pool but we do have a meeting room

Happy with location proximity to Hwy 30. Would have liked the continental breakfast or coffee that was supposed to be a perk but not offered while I was there due to "covid". I think coffee should still be an option in individual rooms. I also think a break in cost should be given since breakfast was NOT provided yet still promoted on their website.
