All the staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Unfortunately it’s on the busy road therefore it was noisy,did not get much sleep. Although the rooms in the back quieter than the rooms in the front with a view of Capadokya
The breakfast was very basic which is very disappointing for us. Otherwise it was very safe ,walkable distance to everywhere and staff were excellent

The Manager of the hotel (Girl in the reception) was very friendly. She helped me with my luggage on the day of my departure up to the Gerome bus stop, as I slipped in my toilet and had suffered a concussion for a bit. On the day the incident happened she even offered me some turkish medication for pain (equivalent to paracetamol) and also provided me water and tea whilst I was recovering. I thing I would highly suggest is that please put the safety signs on the toilet that the floors can be really slippery as people travelling from abroad might not know. And, also it would be a great idea if the shower mat was placed in advance before check in so that people are aware of it.
Positive comments - Staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. Breakfast was good and the location is really good. The room has a balcony in case you want to enjoy the nice view of Cappadocia or the Sunset or sunrise.
Negative comment - Does not allow guests in case you have a friend who wants to come and see you for a drink. I booked the room for people as my friend wanted to come and see me whilst I was there but the manager did not allow the guest as she said police will create problems, which I don't understand.
Secondly, when you are having breakfast the cats are left around your table so you cannot have your breakfast peacefully and will be disturbed by the cats. Every time I had Turkish sausage in my plate, I had to give it away or else the cat will come to your table and take it on its own.

Mattress is very soft, bad if you sleep on your stomach. Could use a small fridge.

Hello dear guest, there is absolutely no mold in our bathrooms. Since only its window faces the corridor, it is a bit stuffy compared to our other rooms. Apart from that, our beds are extremely comfortable :) I hope we can give you a room with a balcony side during your next stay and change your thoughts about our Hotel. Kind regards
