ne merite pas ses 4 étoiles
chambre spacieuse mais un peu vieillotte clim qui fonctionne a peine. petit dej avec peu de choix de n sucré juste pain confiture et fruits. pour le salé il ya de quoi faire.

Bathroom needs improvement!
Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HotelsMy stay was excellent, however the bathroom needs better lighting and the bath area was not draining, not to mention there were 2 short planks of wood keeping the water in the bath area and it was not sufficient, the bathroom kept flooding.

Publié le 19 juin 2024 sur HotelsOtelin alt kat kapalı havuz kısmı arızalı diyerek kullanıma açmadılar. Kahvaltı bizce felaketti çeşit yok lezzet düşük. Temizlik kesinlikle iyi, havlu değişimi muntazam. Personel genellikle asık suratlı sanırım zorla çalıştırıyorlar. Bizce bölge için tercih edilebilir. Sonuçta genellikle sadece konaklama amacı ile kullanılıyor

We had a reservation for 2 nights and when we arrive to the hotel everything was fine , the rooms were next to each other as a family trip . The restaurant servers are awful , they don’t clean the tables unless you requested even they see the table full of dirty plates . No one greet the guest ,not a single word which is awful in the hospitality industry , also we had issues with the AC the first night but didn’t complain thinking that was just an insignificant issue but 2nd night we had the same problem and we called the front desk and their answer was there’s not technician and we have to wait for next day . While we were doing Check out we mentioned the AC issue and they said that they didn’t receive any call regarding this matter telling me a LIAR which is very disrespectful answer.
I will suggest more training regarding hospitality and Guest relations because the building doesn’t look bad and is clean but the service is AWFUL ,terrible . Also there is a lack of language that is even worst .
