Excellent hôtel mais problème de clim
Publié le 30 août 2024 sur HotelsExcellent hôtel niveau qualité prix et service (petit dej de haut niveau !). Mais… problème de clim dans ma chambre… j’ai mis 3 jours avec clim non stop à atteindre 24… en commençant à 26… et ils n’ont jamais vraiment cherché à trouver une solution… je me suis habitué mais il faisait plus frais dehors le matin en allant voir les montgolfières que dans ma chambre !

La propreté était au rendez-vous.
Le personnel était très accueillant et souriant. Je remercie particulièrement Funda et Ümran qui étaient très à l’écoute. Prenez le temps de découvrir l’histoire de l’hôtel raconté par Funda :)
Petit déjeuner, literie de qualité.

Omg! Sacred Mansion was the best decision we made when we were looking for a hotel in Goreme. Property looked like a scene from a classic hollywood movie. One of the best Hotel you could ever find in Goreme.

property had great esthetices and ambiance. Loved the hospitality and very welcoming. none of that would be possible without Ali Abbas from hospitality team. he definitely made the stay memorable. He was there to help anytime we needed it. Would definitely stay there again.

Good and not so good

For the most part is very nice and our suite was lovely, except the annoying dogs barking all night long which caused my husband to turn on a wave simulator to supress the noise, or the fact that the bedroom of our suite had no a/c and we had to wait until the a/c of the LR infiltrated the bedroom. Other than these few issues we enjoyed the incredible balloon trip which should NEVER be missed and the unique architecture of the area.
