My vehicle and another vehicle had our windows busted out and multiple items stolen. Hotel has no security cameras around the exterior.

In need of repair
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HotelsOn checking in it was noted that we booked from a third party and they said they weren't sure if it said anything about their elevator being out, but checking information on the hotel from Hilton.com I don't see any information about their elevator being out. We were given a room on the second floor and were told nothing was available on the first floor including handicap rooms, which given how empty the parking lot was it seems that they didn't withhold any handicap rooms on the first floor for anyone who really needed them given that their elevator was not working. Our room was functional, but the toilet paper bar was missing and so the toilet paper was left on the back of the toilet, and parts of the trim along the floor was ripped up and missing. The sink leaked a little unless you twisted the handle just right, and even the sink in the lobby restroom leaked in a similar way unless you twisted it just right. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but there was no offer of any kind of compensation for the inconvenience of having a room on the second floor without a working elevator.

The elevator was out and key card machine was not working. I was unable to cancel my room after learning these things. It was the most frustrating and confusing check in that i have ever experienced.
