Downtown New Baltimore
Posted Sep. 10, 2024 on HomeAwayWe stayed for a week to attend a wedding and Charlie’s had everything we needed! Beautiful place, excellent accommodations, walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants.
Also, great communication from host, Gina. We’ll be back!

Posted Sep. 1, 2024 on HomeAwaySpent a great month at the apartment. Very comfortable and right in the heart of New Baltimore. Walking distance to great restaurants and beautiful Lake St Clair. Very well equipped and host was always responsive. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Great place to stay in a wonderful little town
Posted Jul. 23, 2024 on HomeAwayLook forward to staying here again! The apartment was very clean, located in a great neighborhood where I didn’t have to worry about my boat at night and the host was super helpful with any questions I had.

Perfect and has everything
Posted Jun. 16, 2024 on HomeAwayThey thought of everything from dish detergent to laundry detergent. Even beach toys for our kids. Grill looked like it had never been used. Perfect layout and nice appliances

Home away from Home

It was always a pleasure to return after a full day out.
The fresh water air from close proximity to bay is always refreshing.
Being two short blocks from park… and water… made for an enjoyable walk and rest on one of many benches there.
This was my third time at this location.

New Baltimore fun
Posted Jul. 24, 2023 on HomeAwayThe property is very nice and clean inside. The property has fun little extras that my family enjoyed. Games and beach toys and a wagon to drag all of our stuff down to the beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Posted Jul. 8, 2023 on HomeAway4th stay at Charlies by the Bay and always a great experience. First time in the upstairs 2 bedroom unit and both units are great! Gina is more than accommodating, helpful and quick to respond if the need arises. Close to quaint downtown shopping and great restaurants as well as a beautiful park on the lake. We’ll be back!! ❤️
