Never got to stay there place was closed and i could not get an ansewer at the door phone or any thing. Why did expedia send us to a hotel that was closed. My wife son and myself had to sleep in our car which. Was dangerous for my son who has to have a cpap machine.i will not use expedia nor recommend it a gain.

I apologize for your experience. We were forced to close due to Hurricane Florence. There was no power at the resort and all surrounding areas were flooded. This is not a normal experience for us. I am truly sorry that you were forced to sleep in your car.
Due to the mandatory evacuation of the area, we were not able to contact all of the arriving guests. We regret the problems this situation caused you and your family.
