The resort is pefectly located in New Bight, with a beautiful beach view. The rooms are tastefully and adequately furished. The restaurant provided tasty meal selection. Above all, the property owners, the host made our stays special and unforgettabe. Kudos to the Russell family, our host, for their exceptionally warm and professional service. Definitely the best resort for a must return visit.

Felecia, Wendy, and all the staff were welcoming! They went above and beyond on my birthday! Made me a beautiful flower arrangement! And a lovely dinner!! The beach is amazing! The island people are friendly! Will be back for sure!

Turquoise sea, peace and quiet.

On lovely quiet white sand beach 5 minutes from airport. Very friendly staff, the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in, handsome and comfortable tropical furniture throughout. Family owned and operated. Good food and varied menu.

Misleading pics online

When we arrived at the “resort”, it was poorly lit (5:30p). the car headlights revealed a barrack style wooden building. We were walked to our room which is nothing we EVER saw online. We were expecting the bungalows pictured online. We were led into a one room “comfort studio”. nothing to be excited about. barrack style. 6 rooms in one building/under one roof. Each with door to the outside. No sliding glass doors as pictured. You have a frosted window that you cannot see in/out of. We were completely shocked!!!!! The only other couple staying there was just as disappointed & shocked. We all felt misled by the pics online. We asked about the pictured bungalows, we were told they were all empty (as no one else was here) but not clean/available to look at. Felecia, owner’s daughter, handled Airport pickup, check in/check out, cooking, etc. She is a very good cook. meal presentation was beautiful and food tasty. The seafood offerings were $40+ Coffee maker is a keurig. Room w small refrigerator, microwave, basic dishes, wine glasses. Shower w hot water. Good WiFi. No daily maid service. We moved to Fernandez Bay Village. Loved it there and will stay there again. When 3 couples check in then frantically look for another place to stay, and you also have the most vacancy’s on the island, something should tell you that you have a problem. I feel more transparency with pics online & an attitude to make things right w Guests who feel misled will yield success for them

Hello, Forthworth2 First let me start of by saying it was pleasure hosting you for the 2 nights you did stay at Fountain Bay. My family had be in hospitality and various business for a while, I know there are times that you wouldn’t be able to please everyone and wouldn’t live up to their expectations. With that being said, like I express to you once again my sincere apologies for your disappointment like I did on the night you arrived. Fountain is no in form falsify it’s advertisement of what it offers or what can be expected. We are not in the business of scam or to mislead anyone in no way. The photo of what you present is a photo of our beach bungalow, when I looked at the paper you presented me I then realize when one would go on the any of the booking sites it will show you various photos of the hotel at the beginning, as you will click to through them. As you continue your search you will or should see the various rooms available with pictures and pricing to each one. As hotelier when placing rooms on site they would request photos for each room. the room you receive in question was what you had selected and booked. While checking you in had mentioned this is not what I was expecting, I said to you according to your reservation you had booked a comfort studio and not the bungalow you are describing. You then ask if you can upgrade and said sure you can, i proceeded by saying I can have you switch in the morning once I’ve had the room freshen up and prepared for you. As any good hotelier or business person want to ensure the comfort of your customer . I wanted to ensure that room would of been properly ready for you before doing the transfer. You then ask what the difference will be and I replied once we get to the clubhouse I can check it for you. The following day, I asked if you were still interested in changing the room, you said no;I don’t think we are good. As for the windows they are built in Tint that helps with persons just be look directly into room and the sunlight for gleaming directly inside. As for attitude to have issues resolve I try my endeavor best to deal with any issue once it’s presented to me or in my power to perform. After speaking with you that night, I got quite concern and started immediately reaching out to my hotel site to find out what happen and so forth. After my findings I said to you they ensured me that all I formation are online. I also went on and checked for myself and it was there. I went as far as sending you the screenshot of the page. Options to see the room and to choose which room you desire. I asked you if everything was ok with your stay you said it’s fine but it just was the room thing; but other than that we are good. After receiving such response, I didn’t want to pry to make you feel pressured or uncomfortable in anyway. Rooms are available at Fountain Bay are, 2 bedroom condo, 2 bedroom studio, one bedroom studio & one bed room bungalow of which are all pictured and price based on room

Very nice new facilities but very remote.

Pour : It was new & clean.
Contre : Basic amenities need to be added.
Emplacement : Very remote location on a sparsely populated island. Fishing & relaxing is at the top of the list.
New facilities with nice furnishings but lacking some basic amenities like coffee in the room. Partially furnished kitchen with plates & utensils but no cups/glasses except coffee cups.
