Relaxing getaway
Publié le 29 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayLoved the location, the place is super clean, very nicely decorated and spacious. Super easy and accessible to check in and check out. Great parking and 3 min walking distance from everything. Also, has a nice, tranquil walkway down to the river. Highly recommend.

Great Stay in Gruene
Publié le 4 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty is in an ideal location to enjoy downtown Greune. Home is comfortable with ample space and everything we needed for our family of 3. Hosts were quick to respond when we had a question. Loved seeing the river right from the living room!

Waiting for a refund
Publié le 30 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe got locked out. The hardware on the door was old and failed. We had to wait for the owner to show up. He could not open immediately.
The video streaming had a glitch.
We were told that a refund was being discussed. It never came.

Hi Jeff, the homeowner was surprised to read your review, as they're accustomed to providing outstanding experiences, and would like to clarify the following:- The electronic keypad is reliable and has worked consistently over the past three years. When you contacted us, we reminded you of the lockbox backup, which provides access with a hard key in case of any issues with the keypad. Upon our arrival to assist you, we used the same key to unlock the door without any issues.- Since your stay, we’ve checked the streaming services on the TV and confirmed they are functioning properly.- While we initially considered a refund, we ultimately determined it wasn’t warranted, as all instructions and tools were provided to access the condo, and everything was in working order after we checked.- Unfortunately, the condo was left in unsatisfactory condition upon your checkout. While we want all our guests to enjoy their stay, we also ask that they respect the property and leave it in good condition.The homeowner works hard to provide an ideal guest experience and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied visitors.
