Great location, a bit dirty
Publié le 19 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location was great, the shower stall and toilet in the master bedroom seemed like it had not been scrubbed in a long time. There was a lot of mildew and buildup. There were roach droppings on the countertop in the bathroom as well. We wanted to watch Fubo and login via our own account, but the owner has set it up to where no one can login. The dust on furniture was evident which also makes me think that their cleaning service does not do a thorough job. The couches are filthy.

Girls Trip in Gruene
Publié le 29 juin 2024 sur HomeAwaySo many great things to say about this little jewel! Upon arrival we walked in and it was nicer than the pictures. Cute, cute, cute!! The decor and paint colors were so relaxing. Plenty of seating in the living room and at the dining table for everyone. Obviously the master suite upstairs is the best room in the rental but the two bedrooms downstairs were really comfortable as well. They are ideal for children. Full size washer and dryer was very handy to have. Ample space on the outdoor balconies to enjoy some time. Our parking spot right outside our door sure made a difference on a hot summer day to unload and load. Shopping? It’s all in walking distance. Hungry? Lots of places to choose from without moving the car. Gruene River Inn turned out to be our favorite! The only downside to this place is river access. It’s definitely a challenge. Lots of poison ivy and a big drop off. It’s definitely doable but it would be great to have a couple extra steps into the river. If you’re wanting to just float right there or rent a tube and float…it’s a great location. Quiet time between 10pm and 8 is non-existent. I’m not sure who monitors that but the system in place isn’t working.

This is the place!!! 5 STAR *****
Publié le 20 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is the place if you are wanting convenience to Gruene activities. VERY CONVENIENT!!! Well appointed inside and kitchen though we did not spend alot of time inside the condo other than to eat breakfast and sleep. We were there for a wedding and had an event at the Gruene River Grill - literally 50 yards from the front door. Only two parking spots.
