Just as Nice as Last Time

Great views
Publié le 9 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house is in a quiet residential area with many oak trees. It is on a cliff overlooking the Guadalupe River and featured great views of the surrounding area. The oak trees obstructed most of the view of the river, but we could hear the water rushing over rocks down below the patio.
The towns of Gruene and New Braunfels were a short drive away.
Our grandson's enjoyed playing PacMan and other arcane games in the living room.

Absolutely loved the property and would recommend anyone who loves to hang out outside with friends!

Great house in quiet neighborhood!

Nice - could use some attention to the outside area

I would emphasize that a little more attention to the patio area as it looked like the railing overlooking the river is showing signs of needing repair as the top boards have started to show sings of rotting even though they were recently painted and look to becoming loose. Over time they will begin to break away if not replace. Hot tub is a little small even to accommodate four adults. The chaise lounge seat takes away from being able to support two people in the tub. All around we were happy with the rental and the time we got to spend in Gruene.
