Christmas Stay

Nice Swimming Area
Publié le 11 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was great, fun swimming and fully equipped kitchen. Nearby places for groceries. We enjoyed the 4th of July boat parade and fireworks at night, fantastic view.
The downside was the noise from construction near property. Also, the twin bed room, curtains and bed liner, need to be dusted, my allergies kicked in, but being outside in River made up for it.

Lake Dunlap boating

I chose this location because it was right on the water and we had a race in New Braunfels. The house was perfect, gorgeous view from the water, all the amenities, and access directly to the water. Additionally the owner John was very responsive to all of my questions and made sure we were taken care of. The only problem I had was the one night where a boat dropped anchor near the house and was blaring its music from 1-2am. It was disrupting but eventually the party goers left. This incident might be isolated and does not reflect on the owner or the stay. I only mention this so you go in knowing what may happen. The owner is such a wonderful person and I don’t want anything to reflect poorly on him. I still recommend this rental and enjoyed my overall stay.
