Oasis on the Comal, 2/2 at River Run, Walking Distance to Downtown!

Oasis on the Comal is a freshly updated, spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo right on the banks of the Comal River. With new king beds in both bedrooms, and new convertible living room furniture, this roomy condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Enjoy morning coffee and a view of the beautiful spring-fed Comal on the private balcony. When you're ready to float, just walk right next door to Texas Tubes. Downtown shopping, dining, and nightlife are within walking distance. Drive to Schlitterbahn, Landa Park, Historic Gruene, or the Guadalupe River in 10 minutes or less. Canyon Lake and scenic River Road are easy 30- minute day trips away. Shop till you drop at the San Marcos Outlet Malls less than 20 miles north on I-35.

Oasis is equipped with everything you need...beds and baths are stocked with plenty of linens. The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and blender. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, flatware, and glassware are provided. There is a common coin-operated laundry facility on site. In addition to private river access, River Run has a beautiful pool and hot tub right off the river bank, and the grounds include benches, picnic tables, and grills.

Oasis is equipped with a digital lock that is reprogrammed for each guest to provide every one with the highest level of security. Arrival is self-serve and contactless. Arrive at your convenience, and let yourself in with the code. Parking passes and wristbands are left in the condo for you.

Well stocked with a great location
This was our second stay and it is always great the way all off the details are taken care of. Kitchen was well stocked. River view was great with Texas Tubes next door. The pool and hot tub were also enjoyable.

Great time ! Location right on the River
We really enjoyed our stay . The condo was great and very well stocked with anything you might need. Very comfortable. The kids loved it and its a great location to the water . The only downside is if your hauling a bunch of luggage up the steep hill @ River Run . We were able to park close to elevator so it wasnt to bad. The first night we took 4 flights of stairs up because we were parked closer to the other end . That was not fun ! So prepare for elevator if you have lots of food / luggage to tote .We had a great time swimming and lounging in the river . Close to restaurants and stores . I would definitely recommend this condo . We had 2 children 8 & 12 , it was just right for the 4 of us. 2 king beds . 2 bathrooms.. Loved the large balcony also . The condo is large and perfectly layed out . The fold out couches are a plus . Walking access to walk down and get right in the river or pool and spend the day .and you can walk across the street to go on tubing trips .

We came for a last family trip for the summer with a couple of friends and chose this condo mostly for the number it could sleep and location which is perfect for direct access to floating the Comal.

Perfect stay!
We had such a good stay. The set up was perfect for our party of 7 - 2 families. The view of the pool, parking lot, and river gave us peace of mind if our group split up. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Easy access to the river, pool, barbecue pits, and picnic tables. All amenities were included, there was nothing more we could have needed and will 100% return. 10 stars!

Great location! Right on the river and in town. Overall great place. Beds could have been more comfortable and the pull out beds in living room had a slight smell to them. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook. Bathrooms were nice. Outside patio was amazing to sit on and relax.

We were really impressed with the location of our condo. The pool located right along the river was a perfect place for my kids to spend the day in-between floats on the river. The condo has a large patio with peaceful river views. Inside the condo was everything we could need and everything was really clean. Will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing Location
Condo was very comfortable, plenty of space, loved the river view from the patio, unit was very clean and ready for guests. Check In was very quick and easy, end unit is always a plus, a guest book inside with a lot of great suggestions. Condo neighborhood was very quiet for our duration, only noise to get used to was a train that went by every hour or so. Went down for a wedding in Gruene and we were very impressed with so much to do locally in New Braunfels, we didn't have the need to travel into Austin or San Antonio for entertainment and great food. Would absolutely return!
