Retraite parfaite en famille!!!

Incroyablement chaleureux, cachet exceptionnel, tout était parfait pour un séjour mémorable en famille! Ce fut un atout de ne pas avoir de WiFi en plus!
Les propriétaires, Natalie et son conjoint sont super sympathiques et disponibles! Tout est bien pensé; on ne manque de rien. Nous serons assurément de retour dans le futur!

The water system upstairs is getting changed in the spring so it should address the fluctuation of water temperature in the shower.

The most relaxing stay I’ve ever done

The perfect getaway!
Publié le 21 sept. 2020 sur HomeAwayWhen we decided to book a place, we only wanted 2 things: a lake with canoes and 2: a place to fully disconnect from reality. This place exceeded our expectation! The ride to get there was gorgeous - it was our first time in the area and we all want to come back in the future.
The cottage was lovely - it had everything we needed (and more!) The only (tiny) downfall was the outhouse, which was technically a top notch outhouse but when it's chilly at night, you would prefer using an indoor toilet. There is one, but it was not recommended to use it so we made sure to respect the host's recommendation :)
We had the best time on the lake using the canoe and the peddleboat - it is a must to fully enjoy the cottage!
Overall: great place to disconnect and recharge your batteries. OH and bonus? Listening to the owls at night while sitting by the fire was pretty great. And we briefly met the neighbors who were lovely, so that is a bonus as well.
The only disappointment of the weekend? We did not see a moose.

I will amend my wording on my listing to reflect that I don't mind the nighttime use of the indoor restroom. Sorry that I didn't properly state that.

Taffy Lake family vacancy
Publié le 21 juill. 2020 sur HomeAwayAt our arrival, we were welcomed by Natalie and we were impressed by the cottage appearance and the view on the Lake. The cottage is very well maintained with all required necessities and accessories. Inside we found our names written on a blackboard and a basket with blankets and goodies for an evening at the fire pit. We appreciated the quietness and the privacy of the property. We anticipate returning in the future for a longer stay. What a great vacation to relax with our grandchildren !

Lovely place
Publié le 19 août 2019 sur HomeAwayThis is a beautifully kept up property, right on the lake. We were made to feel at home. Beautiful outdoor fire pit, many nice adirondack chairs and rockers, a splendid barbecue area/outdoor kitchen. We sat on the porch and tracked the progress of the loons around the lake, and the bald eagles. Boats in nice condition available. We plan to go back.
