Cute little house
Publié le 1 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay, but will probably not stay there again. We thought it was 5 blocks to the lake & not even close. Also, we didn't feel comfortable using the 2 bicycles on the the 4 lane busy highway the house was on. Nice but probably wouldn't go back.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and thought the house was nice. I think you might have misread the description on the distance to the lake. Wisteria Cottage is approx. 3 miles to Lake Michigan Public Beach, another home we have, Dogwood Delight is approx. 5 blocks to Lake Michigan "Sunset " private beach.
The Marquette Greenway paved bicycle path which starts in Chicago and go beyond the City of New Buffalo, that is currently under construction, has created more traffic than normal for the short term but will be a great attraction when completed next year. We also have many new and under construction marihuana dispensaries which will be within walking distance. Thank you.

A quaint cozy cottage
Publié le 14 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our stay. We loved the enclosed porch and the beautiful surrounding garden. The sleeping quarters was tight but were able to navigate through it. We would recommend it for any couple looking for a quick get away. It is a little tight for families, especially with the sleeping arrangements and one bathroom. Other than that... Absolutely amazing.

Kid Free!!
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HomeAwayDropped the kids at camp and headed to New Buffalo for a nice couple of days at the Wisteria Cottage. Jan was a wonderful host! She communicated very well with us before arrival, The house was wonderful, the yard absolutely gorgeous, and we had a wonderful stay.met us at the house, and showed us around.

Beautiful cottage

Lovely little house!

The garden and back porch are lovely-a great place to drink morning coffee or read. Located minutes from everything. Excellent communication from the host. I'd give more than 5 stars if i could! Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful cozy cottage
Publié le 13 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a very cute little cottage! Nice and cozy and has everything you need! It is right off of the highway so really convenient to get to. There is a train that goes by out front but, the house is surrounded with beautiful landscaping and plants and it’s like you’re in your own little world inside the home and out in the back of the house. The back has a small little pond with a water fountain, a nice deck and screened in porch that overlooks the pretty garden/patio area with a fire pit, grill, table with umbrella, & 2 bikes! So cute and cozy. We stayed for our anniversary. It’s a great place for a couple to be comfortable and relaxed!

Priceless. Little House
Publié le 26 nov. 2023 sur HomeAwaySpent a weekend here. Owners very friendly and helpful. House was cute and clean. We had everything we needed. Quaint area with friendly people. Good restaurants nearby. Great American Legion Poat down the street. Would definitely rent again.

Terrific Cottage
