The room was not very clean. The building is ran down and needs repairs. The furniture is old and Staind. The covers look old and Staind. The only good thing is McDonald's, Subway, and a gas station is across the street. It's close to Four Winds casino.

Property was conveniently located near the Four Winds Event Center. The room while basically clean was in need of updating. Things like broken bathroom tiles, paint chipped throughout the room, very old carpet.

Most of the issues we had were noise: hvac, refrigerator, neighbors (especially the thumper upstairs and the hall talkers late into the night). Bathroom light was insufficient for shaving or putting on makeup, shower curtain wasn't wide enough to keep it closed, toilet handle had to be manual moved after flushing or the toilet would continue running, back of the bathroom door was filthy.

The rooms we updated and looked good. Some of updating wasnt perfect but we were comfortable. Room was clean. Outside the back door was dripping water. The roadway needs resurfacing. Overall the inside was nice.

Not worth the price

We had two rooms booked. We checked in at the check in time. We were told both rooms were ready. Went to the rooms, one was ready and the other room was still not cleaned. Went to the desk, they apologized snd said it would be done within the hour. Went out for a couple hours and when we came back it still was not cleaned. Told the desk again and left, returned a few hours later and it was cleaned

Yuck

Carpet was dirty. Stuffy smell in the room. Abandoned car (smashed windshield, flat tires, damaged fenders all around) right outside the main entrance.

It was nice that it was close to things however it needs completely renovated. The room itself was not bad, but the carpet and decor and the smell were horrible throughout the rest of the building. Shuttle to Casino was nice but it was a casino owned shuttle unrelated to the hotel. 2 star rated on Expedia so I was not expecting much. Unclean is laziness. Torn lobby furniture is neglect. Old dilapidated carpet is a germ factory. Do not walk, barefoot anywhere. For $250 a night I would expect more.
