Publié le 28 sept. 2014 sur HotelsHotel sympas avec un très bonne accueil et surtout la piscine chauffé avec jacuzzi !! très bien après beaucoup de route !!! sinon pas grand chose a faire autour de l hôtel très bien pour une nuit pour ce reposer !

Poor service
Publié le 25 juin 2024 sur HotelsWhen we checked in the guy working the counter kept asking my husband for all his info even though I booked the room and was paying for it. He asked my husband for his ID and we asked why and he just asked for it again and then when we gave it to him he realized I booked the reservation and gave my husband a weird look when he gave him his ID back. The hot tub was beyond filthy with piles of dirt and debris covering the bottom and piled up in the corners of the stairs. The stay was ok but i probably wont stay there again.

The gentleman at the front desk was new and we apologize for any mistakes he may have made during your check in. We try to clean the pool and hot tub as often as possible, with with so much traffic during the busy summer months it becomes hard to keep up. We apologize for any inconveniences and we would hope you would change your mind and stay with us again in the future.
