Very quick check in. Very friendly front desk staff. Room was large and clean. Bed was comfy. Good basic place to stay.

Felt the room was dirty, there was a regular pillow on the couch in the lobby as if someone had just been sleeping there. The host was walking around in his bare feet.

Took forever for anyone to come to the front desk to get checked in. Stayed two days and there was no breakfast provided even though it was advertised. The stay wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t all that great either

Unclean

The room had not even been cleaned by house keeping the beds were not made and garbage in the room from the previous occupants so they gave us a different room and the same thing l. Went and asked for a refund and they refused and got us a different room. The bed were made and clean but the bathroom had a dirty towel hanging on the door so I feel the room was not thoroughly cleaned.

The rooms were dirty, tub was gross, and there were bugs on the counter and in the bathroom. We asked for extra blankets for both beds, but only 1 extra was available. Beds were also very hard/not comfortable at all. We ended up not staying the second night because of a family emergency, but they said they could not refund the 2nd night because we had booked thru Expedia. Could you please let me know if a refund for the 2nd night is possible? Also, one other thing, all of the emails from Expedia to me have been addressed to Stacy, and all the text messages were addressed to Shitley (not kidding). My name is Shirley Parker.

Blankets were dirty had to ask for new ones Advertising was wrong. No breakfast and no pool. Worker was nice and polite.
