Great check-in experience!
Publié le 25 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWe were not arriving until 9 pm and really appreciated being able to check-in via phone. We were able to give our $50 credit card hold over the phone, review our room amenities and get our room number. All we had to do was stop at the desk to provide a photo ID and get our keys. It was very convenient.

No exhaust fan in the bathroom, I felt for what we made per night there should have been housekeeping services daily.

This is not the standard of service we aim to deliver at Hampton Inn & Suites New Hartford. however, all room have an exhausted fan, not visible for a guest and also are quiet, also I do apologise about the cleaning services, the cleaning services by brand standard are every other day, again I do apologise for the miscommunication.
