Nice Apartment Near Yale
Publié le 12 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis is a very nice three bedroom apartment near Yale's Science Hill. It was clean and well furnished. We enjoyed our stay. You can hear the upstairs neighbors but they were pretty quiet after 11 PM.

Pleasant - might not be best for family with young kids
Publié le 16 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayProperty is close to Yale and therefore closely located to student housing. This can lead to noise, and therefore might not be suitable for kids (<12 years old). Otherwise the property is well located for local area. Bed and bedrooms are comfortable. Kitchen OK, not got everything if you are going to cook for each meal.

We agree that the beds are comfy… and we hope that the amenities made you feel welcome… new mattresses, pillows, fresh sheets/towels, welcome basket of goodies and bathroom essentials are a must in our opinion.
We are always a phone or text away and pride ourselves on resolving any issue quickly and professionally should the arise.
The kitchen is fully stocked and we will be sure to make sure everything can easily be found.
Our write up is very accurate and yes, this property is snuggled on the edge of the Yale campus.

In town for graduation
Publié le 24 août 2022 sur HomeAwayWe traveled from WA state for the graduation of our oldest child and wanted to have a place to "spread out" after staying in hotels in NYC. The location was perfect for us. Our daughter graduated from Quinnipiac Univ and we were easily able to get to all the locations within 15-20 min. The apartment was very clean, well-kept and we had driveway parking, which was so nice! There were 4-5 of us, depending on the day, and everyone was comfortable. All appliances worked well and there was laundry. The owners were very responsive and communication was very easy. I would certainly recommend for a family (or anyone).

Pete, you are right; this house is perfect for those family get together, whether it be for a wedding, graduation or just seeing each other after too long. And the proximity to local colleges, NYC, etc. is such a bonus.
