We spent a very pleasant stay in this hotel. The staff is every kind and efficient. The hotel is well situated, close to Yale University buildings and downtown New Haven.

Front desk staff is the best. Room quite comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Very restful stay. Thank you.

직원분이 친절하시고 예일대랑 가까워서 좋았어요. 근처에 식당도 많고요. 밤에 사이렌 소리가 좀 들린거 빼고는 다 좋았습니다.

Hotel com áreas de estacionamento sem elevador de acesso, check in eficiente, quartos ok, porém sem isolamento acústico efetivo, barulhos da rua eram ouvidos. Sistema de café da manhã ruim, pois estávamos em 3 pessoas e na reserva só pude pré pagar 2. Não é sistema buffet, você só pode escolher uma bebida e um prato do cardápio.
