après tous les commentaires en demi-teinte sur cet établissement nous étions un peu inquiet mais l'hôtel s'est révélé calme et confortable et tout à fait honnête en termes d'équipements et de propreté. Reste cher pour le standing mais sa localisation à deux pas du campus de yale est parfaite. Seules critiques: le Wifi payant (sauf inscription): vraiment exagéré de nos jours. Pour le prix de l'hôtel (avec près de 25 euros en plus pour le parking) un complimentary breakfast devrait être inclus.

We always strive to provide our guests with a “Perfect 10” experience and I would like to apologize seeing we had fallen short of our goal for your stay. I just wanted to inform you that we are currently at the beginning stages of our renovation. We look forward to this upcoming project which will provide a refresher in all of ours rooms. The first few minutes we were there a man came barging into our locked room with a card key. When the staff was told they offered nothing other than to give us new keys. There were people yelling in the hallway and on the street at night. We got very little sleep or rest as neither of us felt safe and there was too much noise. It was a frightening and exhausting experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Honestly, the staff was nice and I know they can't control the environment around the hotel, but the noise from the nightclubs on street level was unbearable. We were on the 6th floor and the noise went on well beyond 2am - at which point police came to clear the street and left police sirens running for almost another hour. It wasn't quiet until almost 3:45am and we barely slept. Our room did overlook the front street, so maybe one further back wouldn't be as bad, but after our one night I would NEVER recommend it. Beyond that, I received an email stating that the parking lot would be closed on the day we're leaving and to park in a different garage, and a discount ticket would be provided, but then the ticket didn't work and we had to pay for parking because we were already at the gate and needed to get out. Before that, we waited almost 20 mins to get an elevator down to the lobby - we attempted to take the stairs and ended up behind multiple doors that were locked or marked "employees only" so we had to treck back up to the 4th floor and continue waiting for an elevator. Sineage really needs to be clearer - it would be really tricky in an emergency. Overall, it felt like a really frustrating stay and I can't recommend it, but the room was clean.
