After a bumpy start
Publié le 31 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe apartment was clean, beds and bedding comfortable, easy access from the highway, and quiet street with ample on street parking. Our stay started off a little rough, requiring a message to property manager to get check-in instructions, She responded promptly to our requests, but unfortunately only 2 of the requested 3 bedrooms were accessible when we arrived. The managers did come by and open up the 3rd room that evening while we were out to a concert, so we all had a comfortable place to sleep. The description of the property changed on the website between the time I booked it and the day of our check-in, causing some confusion. The manager was responsive, although I found the VRBO messaging app rather cumbersome. We ended up enjoying our stay!

Adorable Apartment in New Haven

The apartment itself is super cute and cozy with a lot of nice decorative touches and great art. It looked just like it does in the pictures, and there were two good-sized bedrooms with great air conditioning and comfortable beds.
The neighborhood is near the downtown area, which has some sketchy parts like any city, but the street itself was very quiet with decent street parking. We were only minutes away from everything (great food in New Haven), and the hosts were very communicative and responsive to anything we needed. They even have a really cool, eclectic little outside seating area that would be great in good weather, we just didn't have a chance to use it ourselves.
I would definitely recommend this property if you're staying in New Haven!

Good location for Yale visit
Publié le 4 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty had three nice size bedrooms and all the essentials. Close to Yale, even close enough to walk as we did. We were there less than 24 hours, but it was a good place for what we needed it for.

Great stay near Yale campus, restaurants and shops
Publié le 22 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayLovely little place on a quiet street near Yale. The hosts are on site and VERY helpful should anything come up. They also provided great insider tips on where to get pizza, etc. Excellent communication. Comfy beds. Well-stocked kitchen.

Great option for New Haven
Publié le 14 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed here for three nights, it was very clean. We had everything we needed and I felt like it was a safe neighborhood. The beds are comfortable, on the firmer side but I still slept great. Our hosts were very quick to answer all questions we had.
