Our room was 76 degrees. They could not get air to work we did not stay. Told us to go to you for refund. My phone number is 225-828-4373. Brutal experience

The Riverhouse is a beautiful location. A great restaurant and a fine bar on the roof. The free bicycles on the canal Trail were a very big plus.

Hotel looks very nice, beds are terrible and Air conditioning did not work. Room was warm.

The hotel and the room were very nice, clean and comfortable. The hotel is walking distance to main street where there are many restaurants and activities around, including Bucks County Playhouse. The hotel restaurant's foods were delicious.
Just a note that the hotel has only valet parking, no self parkin option.

Room was nice. The toilet paper holder keep opening up and the toilet paper kept falling on the floor. Screen door on balcony is not working. Room temperature was hard to get a comfortable setting. The staff and valets were friendly and did a excellent job. I would stay again.
