Cozy, modern and spacious!

The house was clean with lots of room. One of the things we were looking for was a cozy place, that allowed for pets but we prefer a slightly more modern look and feel and this place was great.
The back patio was very relaxing.
You are also very close to the local state parks, less than 20 minutes or hocking hills if you wanna go there you’re less than 40 minutes away.
We would definitely stay again.

Great Place to Stay
Publié le 3 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe came to the area to hike and enjoy the fall colors. This cabin is great. Central to many wonderful hiking trails. Even one right out the back door. It has all the comforts of home and many special touches. If we are in the area again we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making this place available.

Always a great stay!

I rated this a 5/5 overall, even though there was a scheduling issue with cleaning, but communication with the manager was great and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Absolutely no complaints! We will most definitely be staying here again. Love the location!

We have stayed in many cabins throughout the country - this one of the best - windows bathe you in forest scenery, hot tub and beds comfy, kitchen with everything you need for a wonderful meal. This cabin in on a beautiful country road, but not too far from activities and Ohio University in Athens - Go for it - you won't be sorry - for sure. Thanks to the hosts - good communication and welcomed our dog. Perfect!

We are glad you enjoyed the house, we take great pride and keeping it as nice as possible. Regarding the hot tub, the water had been changed only a couple days prior to your arrival and was not fully balanced yet. We have hard water in the area and so requires, several treatments to ensure proper water chemistry. We encourage all of our guests to communicate any issues they might have with us so that we can respond immediately and make sure that your stay is nothing less than excellent!

Great secluded stay!

So quiet and refreshing to be out on the back porch or sitting by the fire pit! The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and Lauren was very communicative. The cabin was overall very clean!
