Lovely flat but hidden charges & diff checkout
Publié le 26 avr. 2024 sur HotelsBooked for 2 people - on Hotels.com confirmation it confirmed double bed and sofabed - perfect for my brother and I. After we arrived and the host met us, I received a text message asking if we needed to use the sofabed and if so, we needed to leave £15 on the side before we left (I mean, I love my brother but I don't want to share a bed with him). We confirmed we needed the sofabed and the host came over and gave us bedding. It was irritating because we don't normally use cash, so had to find a cash point, then sort out change from £20 note when we were on our way to celebrate our folks' anniversary. Next morning we received another message to tell us checkout was by 10am. On Hotels.com the checkout time was 10:30. I mentioned this in my reply and said we'd be leaving by 10:30am (we were waiting for our folks to give us a lift to the station). It seems that the information on the Hotels.com booking were not the same as host expected.

We're glad you had a good stay.Regarding charges, we do have some small extras when a guest requires use of our travel cot and/or high chair or they are bringing a dogs(s) as there is often extra work for our cleaner in preparing the apartment for the next guest. She receives this money directly. Any extra charges that apply to a booking are clearly laid out in our terms and conditions.Kind regards

Great apartment

Publié le 31 déc. 2023 sur HotelsWe’re a family of four and stayed for one night while visiting relatives over the Xmas break. Lovely modern, clean and comfortable accommodation in a great location! We didn’t use them as we had plans, but it was a lovely touch to have breakfast supplies provided such as bread, eggs, jam etc, along with tea, coffee and milk. I shall definitely be looking this property up again next time we visit the area.

Surprising
Publié le 6 juin 2023 sur HotelsIt was a real surprise, the apartment seemed brand new, all renovated. Everything we needed was there, including breakfast supplies, and the owner was kind enough to give us a late check out at short notice.

Great accommodation
Publié le 5 févr. 2023 sur HotelsNice stay. The apartment was very well layed out. The quality of the fixtures and fittings was to a high standard. The owner had left everything you would need. The bread, milk, tea, coffee extra was a great added bonus. Your close.to sea, local pub, and pizza house.
