A great place for a high quality and relaxed long weekend stay. The atmosphere in the hotel was excellent - probably due to the staff in all areas who did all that was needed to make our stay so enjoyable. The dining experiences both formal and informal were very good. The Spa was of the highest standard - the staff, the services offered and the quality of the facilities made this a great experience.

Lovely two night stay

Fantastic hotel

Service levels were amazingly high, so hard to find in the UK these days.

Perfect wedding anniversary stay
Publié le 30 juill. 2024 sur HotelsGreat stay, friendly efficient check in with complimentary room upgrade. Complimentary chocolates, nibbles and soft drinks were also provided. We appreciated the evening turn down service but the maid service was erratic turning up at 8.45 was a bit early then disappeared until lunchtime when two sets turned up within 10 minutes of each other. Aircon also appreciated as the weather was very warm. Excellent food in the main restaurant on our first night we had food from the bar on our second night on the outside terrace. Very nice pool and spa with great hydrotherapy area and outside terrace. Beautiful grounds and walked kitchen garden. We would definitely come back.

The spa is ok but the pools are super, as is the rest of the hotel and service. Lovely stay.
