Le B&B est très confortable, j'ai eu la chance d'atterrir dans un vrai appartement avec chambre, séjour, cuisine. C'est beau et propre . Le petit déjeuner est formidable et le personnel est très agréable.

I see you did not have a great stay. I would like to speak to you directly about how we can improve. I know most issues can be solved before you leave so I am sorry to see we were not able to address this prior to your departure. I hope you will contact us as we know we are not perfect but our team prides themselves on being able to offer a level of service to solve most issues.

We decided to go on a last minute overnight trip & came across this hotel. On our way their I decided to start reading more of the reviews and kept noticing people mention nurses coming by or staying here post surgery. I then realized this was attached to Oschners. Dont know how I missed that but oh well. We ordered pizza from a place included in the room guide & it was amazing!! For breakfast we went to the cafe downstairs which is where you can definitely tell it's a hospital. Lol!! Everyone was in scrubs & my kids started asking why. Lol!! Food was good & there was a PJs coffee spot next to the cafe. They made the absolute best Matcha Latté. The pool was nice & their were cabanas you could hang out by. & they have a really pretty sitting area that had water fountains where you could drink your coffee or eat breakfast. That morning an awful storm came through and we called the front desk to see if we could wait til it passed to check out since most of the things we wanted to do were outdoors & they were super accommodating. Only downside I can think of is the parking is pretty far from where the rooms are and we couldn't find a luggage trolley to wheel our stuff in. And the layout is kind of confusing but other than that it was a nice place to stay for a quick trip.

Hotel is on hospital campus. Attached parking garage was free and relatively easy to access. Check-in went smoothly and the furnishings and space were adequate. There were three issues that would prevent me from returning: very limited channels on the tv to watch, the room was too warm when we went to bed and adjusting the thermostat had no effect, and the housekeeping staff knocked on our door at 8am on a Saturday morning to clean the room.

However, we deeply regret the issues you encountered that impacted your overall experience. We apologize for the limited TV Channel selection, the temperature control issue, and early housekeeping knock. These are certainly not the standards we aim to provide. We will have our Maintenace team inspect the thermostat in the room to ensure it functions properly and well work with our housekeeping team to adjust their timing to be more considerate of our guests' schedules. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve. We hope you'll conder giving us another change to provide a more comfortable and enjoyable stay in the future.

This property was very clean and well kept. It was helpful for visiting a family member at Oschners.
