J'ai bien aimé l'endroit. Mais ne pas avoir de Wi-Fi durant toute la semaine était très désagréable. La . Le bol de toilette n'était pas fixé.

L'architecture du bâtiment est belle mais la gestion est catastrophique et l'état des chambre à la limite du supportable

Super séjour a la Nouvelle Orléans

Trois nuits dans une chambre très spacieuse au sein d'une maison typique de la Louisiane ! sur une avenue magnifique Rapport qualité prix super. Le tramway juste en face qui mène directement au quartier français On l'entend très peu dans la chambre ! forfait journalier pour 3 USD. Parking gratuit très facile en face de la maison sur l'avenue Juste un reproche les séchoirs ne fonctionnaient pas et nous nous sommes retrouves avec tout notre linge mouille sur les bras ! notre premier interlocuteur n'a pas été très réactif nous avons attendu plus d'une heure mais par la suite Kim a été formidable et nous a trouve une solution Un grand merci a lui pour son efficacité et sa gentillesse.

Mouse/Rat in my room

2 hours after arrival a mouse/rat jumped on my friend and started running around on the night stand by her bed. It ran around the room on the floor, on her purse, and phone that was on the night stand. I had to call twice before we were located to another room and told that someone would arrive first thing the next morning to retrieve the belongings left behind. Ultimately I asked another guest that I saw outside to retrieve our left behind belongings. I asked to be compensated for the first night only and I have yet to here from anyone. It has now been over a week and I've called several times. I was also asked to take pictures for evidence so I recorded a video. We were moved to another room on a different floor that wasn't as large or nice as the original room. The 2nd room also wasn't as clean as it should have been. The customer service reps that I spoke with were nice and sympathetic to the situation but beyond that they couldn't do anything other than say someone will contact me which never happened to this day.

The property was listed 2 miles from Bourbon and was pretty much directly across from a trolley stop which made commuting easy. The property is an older property so it smelled old. A piece of the floor was damaged. The beds were comfortable. The temperature of the water was great along with the water pressure. The ceiling fan needs dusting and the shower head could also use some cleaning. The outdoor seating area was great, just couldn't find the switch to turn on the porch fan.

Lovely room, nice cozy bed with microwave coffee pot and fridge. Beautifully appointed. Could have used a chair or love seat to sit on while watching TV instead of having to sit or lay on the bed. Close to public tram and restaurants. Loved our stay.
