Who ever designed this hotel was drunk at the time. Endless hall ways with nothing in them. no windows in room except one that faced the hallway of another section of the hotel. A light in front of the closet with no switch to turn it on. Light in the shower was burnt out, shower faucet broke, no blanket to speak of. 25 yr. old lcd tv. very dingy plus the airport shuttle doesn't start until 7 am. the only bright spot was the front desk clerks.

I chose this property for the shuttle and pool/hot tub. I was told that even if i came in late i could arrange a shuttle from airport to the property. Nope. They stop shuttling at 11. Their pool and hot tub were inoperable and "needed a part". The breakfast was horrible, the servers ignored and talked loudly of politics.

The hotel is really close to the airport and car rental. Restaurant on site and Convenience store across the street. The carpet and bathroom floor were really dirty. Toilet seat was loose. Shower head was rusted. The staff just needs to pay more attention to the cosmetics to make the stay comfortable. The staff was really friendly and it felt genuine.

The Front desk clerks were very helpful. They treated me like family although they all just met me. My state was from the 31st to November 3 and I had an amazing time and Lola and Kayeland were the two people that I spoke with the most and they were very nice. It was very comfortable. It’s clean. It’s bigger than it looks and well Kept.

everyone I encountered was friendly, and the shuttle worked very well for me. My room, however, smelled strongly of a fragrance that I can only imagine is used to overcome the dampness of that room. putting a dehumidifier in room 1010 for 24 hours. would probably take a lot of the dampness out of that air. The clerk offered to switch me rooms but it was too late and I was exhausted.

It is an older facility that has been kept up fairly well for the most part. Found the light in our shower not working, only one bulb out of two working in the main light and the toilet paper holder was broken. On site dining is limited to a small restaurant with a limited breakfast menu. There is a VERY good Italian restaurant next door that is accessible by walking for lunch and dinner. Walking to anywhere else is a trick as there are no sidewalks or crossings near by.

Before booking the property I wish I would have known there were no crosswalks or sidewalks on that side of the street to access restaurants in the area. Thankfully the staff were AMAZING and gave us a ride across the street. Cannot thank them enough for their kindness.
