It is a historic building with an interesting history so if your looking for a Marriott style hotel this is not it but right in the heart of the city and rich history: great staff

The staff was amazing! Richard, the valet in the parking garage was awesome and super helpful. Valeting the car was easy, as was check in. The ladies at the front desk were also super friendly and helpful!

Very nice older hotel within walking distance to all things French Quarter. Would definitely stay again. Even left my boots and it was quick and easy for me to pay for shipping, had them within 4d of arriving home.

Staff was wonderful, always attentive and ready to help with whatever we needed. Our room was not as pictured and was a bit run down and in need of basic repairs but it was quiet and fairly clean. The tv was small and had 2 channels. However the location was so close to everything in the French Quarter and was very quiet for being so close to Bourbon St. Overall would stay again.

This is the only place we stay when we travel to New Orleans. The staff is very friendly and the parking is excellent. This hotel is convenient to anything you may want to do.
