Perfect location to explore Marigny and Bywater neighborhoods

The accommodations were basic but comfortable and we generally had everything we needed for our low-key New Orleans visit. Communication with the owner was good before and during the stay. Wifi was spottier than we are used to...a first world problem for sure, but could make a difference to some visitors. The location was great for exploring the Marigny and Bywater neighborhoods, and we loved staying in an area that felt more residential and local. We would definitely stay here again.

In NO for a wedding in the French Quarter
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayI had a wonderful stay in the cottage. It is a super safe and quiet neighborhood where I could easily walk to everything I did in the French Quarter. The cottage is very cute and clean and the host Brendon was most welcoming. I highly recommend it!

Great Stay
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HomeAwayBrendan was a great, communicative host. The guest house was quiet and easy to access. The place was within walking distance of fun bars and restaurants, and it was an easy ride to other parts of the city. I would recommend staying here.

Walk Like a Local

We were blessed to have water when we arrived, in the fridge.
Traveled with one of our dogs and she did very well. Grateful for a safe place to stay with her. Thank you!

Publié le 25 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat place to stay in New Orleans. Cute, clean, good location, privacy. Private courtyard fenced so our dog could roam freely. Just a few minutes to Bourbon street and WWII museum (which was great). Good breakfast reasturant a couple blocks away. I will never stay in a hotel again, this was so much better.

Publié le 8 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe hosts were hella cool.. the cottage was nice, clean and quiet.. it rained most of the time we were there, but there were plenty of places to walk to in the neighborhood.. hang out spots, literally on every corner.. the people were so laid back and nice.. we just grabbed an umbrella and walked.. also, we had a rental car, parking was always available.. absolutely will and have recommended this place.
