Everything about the service how friendly and helpful the STAFF was. I lose the key to my suitcase and they help me open the lock. I will tel Everyone about The Hilton Riverside. How convenient it is to get to your Ship from the Outlet Mall which is connected to the hotel. I love this Hotel😁🙏

I was charged more after the fact

I’ve stayed at this property multiple times with no problem. This was the worst experience, it’s sketchy and not right this was not the same atmosphere my previous trips. The hallway near the parking garage smells like urine. The key fob to my rental came up missing, when I described the incident to the tow truck company he confirmed my suspicion of a staff member taking the fob. The hotel is still charging me a daily parking rate. Never again.

Great View

It was a good stay, everyone was very nice. We couldn’t find the ice machine, or coke machine. The vending machine was in a totally different building. When you park in the parking garage you have to walk what seems like a mile to get to the front desk. The rooms need to be updated especially how much you pay for a room. On the plus side we loved the view, and it was easy to walk everywhere outside.
