The best thing about this hotel is the employees! My elderly parents arrived the day before I did, and they knew my parents by name and were very helpful to them. I appreciate it so much! One employee that especially stood out was Dimi who does the breakfast during the week. She was so friendly and efficient. She made sure I knew there were fresh biscuits on the way when I fixed my plate. Thank you for all who made our stay comfortable and pleasant!

My family and I arrived in Slidell about 5am; and we were able to check in as soon as we arrived. I spoke to Jayda and she assured me that we would be able to check in .
