Manager dropped the ball completely. The Expedia digital payment card didn’t work so she charged my debit card (without my knowledge or agreement) for the room stay after I already paid through Expedia. And that was after making me stand at the counter for at least 40 minutes past 9 pm at night. Will probably never stay at a holiday inn again. If something doesn’t work between holiday inn and Expedia, don’t dump it on the customers head to handle. Very unprofessional.

Thanks for your feedback before checking a guest in card will need to be active expedia sent a card that were declining the next step to get the guest in the room was to charge guest personal card the 3rd party refunded you for the stay so thats why your card was charge. I called and explained that to you onve I talked to the 3rd party Thanks I'm very sorry for the misunderstanding.

This hotel needs remolding ASAP. Carpet filthy which makes hotel smell bad. Rooms are dusty and half-ass clean

The staff are very nice & accommodating. They are always cleaning. The breakfast needs a little work but wendys is across the street & walmart is about 3 miles away. I would definitely stay here again. Big shout out to Savanah at the front desk, she is very sweet.
