The staff were great: always very helpful and available for questions. I had a good room, with view, king bed and desk, which was perfect to work from. Free breakfast at the hotel was satisfactory but options were limited. I didn't have any issues with the breakfast options but mentioning for those are very keen on a large breakfast spread. Finally, a simple 10 min from the French quarter so a good option if you would like to be near, but not in the French qaurter. Also it is a 3 min walk from one of the St.Charles Street car stop.

- Chambre non disponible à 16h
- Carte d'accès qui ne fonctionne pas (4 allée retour de ma chambre au lobby pour avoir une carte fonctionnelle)
La solution fut une carte passe-partout qui donne accès à toutes les chambres
- Douche qui ne draine pas. De l'eau par dessus les pieds.
Bref, manque de sérieux.
Je vous recommande de choisir un autre hôtel.
Par contre le secteur est très bien !

Excellent hôtel
Publié le 5 mars 2020 sur HotelsCet hôtel patrimonial bien rénové est situé dans un quartier intéressant et tranquille, à deux pas du Vieux-Carré. Les chambres sont propres bien que pas très grandes. Les lits sont confortables.

It recently changed names and we were not made aware plus the road was closed for co structuring so we didn’t know where to go in order to park. It all worked out but still..

Super nice place to stay.
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HotelsAmazing stay, only thing lacking would be the “continental breakfast”. Pre-packaged cereals, oatmeal, a handful of pastries, granola bars and yogurt. Coffee, milk, water, orange juice and hot tea to drink. Apparently, the whole city is under construction for the Super Bowl next year. The entrance was being re-done, never had a problem getting in, the workers just stopped what they were doing and opened the door for us. Everyone was extremely friendly. Will definitely be back.

Very central hotel, bit of wear and tear in the bathroom and one lift was out during the entirety of our stay.
