Wonderful People Who Deserve A Raise!!
Publié le 10 août 2024 sur HotelsRo our server and one of the Chef/Managers were the best part of our stay!!! They made our buffet experience excellent! Mr Moore was so very friendly and welcoming... He supported my Mom and assisted her every need! Our bellhop, Mark or Mo who is in School was fantastic... He kept his word and greeted us as he passed each day! Marguerite in concierge provided excellent resources and suggestions in the friendliest way. Wow what a team!

The staff was very nice and they do their best to keep it clean.
They can use some upgrades in the rooms the wall paper needs to be changed you can see it separating.
The toilets are low in my opinion as well could stand to use an upgrade there.
But they do clean a lot it smells clean, and you see the staff cleaning all the time and customer service is great.
