Just left after our second stay at this property and I would absolutely choose it again. The Intercontinental is charming with a pleasant helpful staff. Easy to walk to Canal St, Jackson Square, the Superdome and Trolley Stop. Comfortable beds too.

We were driving from Orlando to Austin, Texas. And decided to stay for one night in this Hotel. 1. there was no parking available. 2. We got stuck in the elevator for more than 30 mins. We canceled our stay. Do not recommend during pick time.

Our suite was absolutely stunning and spacious. The customer service was the best I’ve encountered & it’s just far enough from French Quarter to be quiet yet still be an easy walk to everything.
