I reserved a premium QUEEN room, and the bed I had was a full sized… the water wasn’t hot either. Other than that I had an excellent stay! Clean, quiet, and convenient. Thank you to Ms. Lee, Toni, Ms. Tina, and the cleaning staff for accommodating me! I will stay here again for sure.
First 2 nights the hot water didn’t work room had roaches and after locking key in room at night didn’t want to give me a key forced me to get another room very rude service!

It was ok jut the air conditioning was leaking water
I thought the roaches were bad which is the reason I chose to check out after 1 night on an 11 night trip. Considering I checked out they refused to refund me for the nights I DIDNT stay at the hotel. I stayed 1 night and was charged for 11 even though I checked out, I ended up staying in another hotel and have gotten nowhere with Inn Town Suites.
Staff is rude and give you the run around, you ask for a corporate number there’s no number just a website where they send you a generic email with NO HELP. The refrigerator went out and caused my groceries to go bad as well. Please save yourself the stress and DO NOT stay here
I booked on travelocity from December 30 to January 6th. The rooms are filthy. Roaches everywhere. I didn't see bedbugs. I paid seven days but only stayed half a night. The beds, walls, side tables, and floor had a green powder film on them. The floors had a pile of a green powder, and a white sheet with green powder on it that was on the floor wadded up. They had workers sanding the outside part of the doors, so I assume it was powder from the paint. I tried to get my room changed. I was told the room was "as is." After staying in it a could of hours, I was sick, congested and had to leave. The green just was everywhere.
The workers who were sanding the outside part of the green painted doors stopped me as I was entering and told me that insuites should not be booking those rooms on that side. He spoke Spanish and was very concerned. I have their numbers. He was worried about the paint powder. I was told there was no cleaning person nor a refund. I'm hoping I can upload pictures after this typed review.
There was a mix up between Expedia & Intown Suites. I arrived at 6:45pm and the hotel sold my entire reservation to someone else, not just one night, but the whole reservation. There was a clause, not communicated on the Expedia website, that if one does not check in before 6pm, the hotel can sell the reservation. I did not know I had to be there before 6pm. So, finding that out, after the fact, was very inconvenient for my family.
This hotel is definitely for customers who are struggling or less fortunate and don't care about condition of the rooms. Rooms need deep cleaning and updates. Refrigerator was the nicest amenity in the room because it looked brand new. Curtains were damaged and floors stained. My mom had no other choice but to stay due to the hurricane and other hotels bring full. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a nice clean experience. Bring lots of Lysol to disinfect!!!!!
When arrived it was a mess. The rooms that we booked through a third party online sent me as well as other residents wrong booking information to their systems. Some rooms were clean and some were dirty. I actually went due to hurricane ida coming and boy it was miserable. No back up generator which was explained to us. Throughout the storm every room had a leak in them. All the towels and even sheets from the beds plus my pots I provided were needed. I refuse to go back to that hotel
We loved the full size fridge, the convince of being close to my work area , pricing is not bad weekly.
The only thing I don't care for is if key Card messes up after hours they won't fix it . They charge for a second key when you have 2 guest . You have to $ for the extra or to fix key card. Other than that it was a good stay .
