Property outdated. Two tiny elevators, one out of service. Maids tool towels but never returned any. Must pay to park here. Rooms was just okay, bathrooms very outdated. Parking lot and sidewalks in bad shape. Hallways were not lit well.

I have stayed here a few times when flying out of MSY. The staff are friendly, and the rooms are kept clean. Air conditioning works great. Rooms are dated but you can tell they are well kept up with. I will continue staying here.

The staff is very Louisiana... Awesome as you'd expect. The room was clean but the building is old and it's time for an expensive rehab. If you're ok with an old rough building, it's a fine place to stay. Currently there's road construction and trying to cross the street was bad enough that I rerouted myself to a different restaurant. Thing the video game frogger. It's surprisingly quiet for being near the airport.

I won’t stay here again
The front desk was pretty good. However, paying to park was crazy 12$ per night. My hotel stay was 483 for five nights single bed. The ac in the elevator, hallway and my room were barely blowing. Cable had a few channels wifi was GARBAGE. Young man in the bar was pretty good.
