I selected a hotel with 8.0 rating early in the morning. I arrived middle afternoon and observed a empty parking lot with a property with poor upkeep. All the windows had condensation trap and moisture. After lookingnat this, I decided to get a refund but hotels.com could not get a refund from this la quinta.

This hotel is a worn-out, decrepit disaster. Old, damp, broken fixtures, wet carpets, water damage on ceilings, leaking A/C window units, cracked doorjambs, uncorrected damage and wear and tear throughout the facility. Visible mold in the A/C unit of one of our two rooms. Both smelled dank and wet. Manager moved us to another room without blinking an eye. LaQuinta should be ashamed.

Midew smell

The hotel and room smelled of mildew bad. Tv was very old and small and furniture was old also.

It actually made us feel that hotel would closing soon carpet was damp and the room did have a chair to sit in. We asked for a chair and were told “ we don’t have any”
