Cleanliness friendly staff and a grand feeling.
The room maintenance was something that needed to be addressed - loose towel, paper and robe hooks
shower door did not slide easy and mirror light did not work
we requested a repair but did not get it.

I will be sure to pass this information along to the chief of engineer so he can properly deal with these issues. I have refunded your bar charge in the amount of 84.00 for the inconvenience. Good evening Rosella, Thank you for sharing this feedback, I completely understand the frustrations this may cause, and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have been experiencing. We do have our service elevator open for guest use while our second elevator shaft is being completed. You can find this three doors down from the guest elevator, to the left on each floor.
