Séjour de 5 nuits en octobre

Séjour en couple pour découvrir la Nouvelle Orléans. Hôtel plus que charmant, que ce soit les bâtiments ou le personnel. Petit déjeuner inclus dans mon séjour : en self service avec peu de choix, mais très convenable Parking non utilisé pour ma part mais payant. Point très pratique : arrêt de tramway juste devant l’hôtel! Quartier mitigé : proche du quartier résidentiel mais ne donnant pas envie de se promener seule le soir … Les plus : l’accès au tramway, le charme de l’hôtel et la gentillesse du personnel Petits regrets : le manque de choix au petit déjeuner, la salle de sport un peu « glauque » ouverte que 2h/J, les chambres n’étaient pas faites tous les jours, restant cependant propres bien sûr !

The bathroom and terrible shower set up left much to be desired. Water got everywhere in the tiny bathroom cause of the shower. Needs cleaning and updating bad

Location was very convenient but the room was not very clean and we asked for our bedsheets to be changed due to animal like hair being on the blanket and the ones exchanged still had animal hair on it. Breakfast was also very subpar.

From a distance the room seemed immaculate with fresh pressed sheets. Unfortunately there was a large urine stain on the comforter covered by a top sheet among other sheet stains. It was clear that they had been laundered so we didn’t complain but that detail definitely was noticed. The bathroom area is also in need of updating as the shower sprays in all directions with poor water pressure. The pool was nice and they were able to turn hot tub heater on upon request

Conveniently located to the streetcar line and within walking distance to the World War II museum. Grounds were very nice. Room was not as pictured and poorly furnished. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was average.
