Amazing property!

It was important to me that I find a safe, comfortable place to stay outside of the French Quarter. That is exactly what I found with Joey's place. Joey was wonderful from the time we booked through check out, he reached out many times, and was extremely helpful. I even reached out about some questions and suggestions a few weeks before arriving and he spent most of a Saturday afternoon chatting with me, relieving all of my worries! Upon arrival my husband and I were amazed, the place is huge! You can bring your entire extended family and have more than enough space! We brought our dog with his and he loved having the front yard to explore, and there was plenty of room inside for him to play safely as well. The neighborhood is very safe, we took walks everyday. It is about a 10 minute walk to Audobon Park, and there is a delicious Po Boy shop about two blocks away on Magazine Street. We were able to easily walk up to St. Charles Ave and catch the Street Car into the city. We had an amazing trip and would definitely stay here again!

Uptown- Safe & Nice

My daughter’s wedding

This property was ideal for us & our schedule. The floor plan was perfect for two families. The fenced yard was a popular spot for all The neighbors were friendly & the neighborhood beautiful. The location was convenient & the parking spaces were greatly appreciated. The host was quick to respond to our needs. Highly recommend!💜

Great place for 4 nights

Love the location - so close to walk to many shops and restaurants. The offstreet parking is a bonus. Joe was very responsive with questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in NoLA

Much better than renting hotel rooms for all of us. Located half a block from a great part of Magazine Street. Highly recommend this property.

Terrific location, lots of room, very quiet
Publié le 1 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur family of five (Mom, Dad, kid-6, kid-9, and Grandma) stayed here for a week over Spring Break. The place is super quiet and in a great neighborhood. There is a Whole Foods a block away and tons of shops within walking distance. The place is a bit spartan, but was clean. It could use a visit from a handyman - jiggly toilets, handles, sticky doors, etc. - but it was ok and a good value. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again. One thing I would recommend. The window coverings don't provide that much privacy at night - especially in the back primary bedroom bathroom. I’d be more comfortable renting again if these were more substantial.

Family spring break trip
Publié le 17 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location is excellent!! Right around the corner from Magazine street with lots of fun shops. Walgreens and Whole Foods are just around the corner which was very convenient. We walked to Audubon Park and took the street car. The walk back from the street car is a little long but lots of NOLA architecture to look at along the way. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 to be comfortable. I would stay again.
