C'est un ancien immeuble de bureaux Shell qui a été transformé avec appart etc.
Il n'y a pas de concierge, il y a juste un homme de sécurité de l'immeuble et donc peut pas vous renseigner ou aider si problème avec l'hébergement.
Tous se fait par email et SMS mais ils sont réactifs .
Aucun regret en plus le test à côté pour le crab etc est excellent.

J'ai dû retirer 1 étoile pour la mauvaise qualité de l'insonorisation. Nous étions au 4e étage, mais on aurait pu être au rez-de-chaussée, les fenêtres grandes ouvertes et ça aurait été pareil. On savait que c'était bruyant alors nous étions préparé (bouchons) L'appartement est très grand et propre. Quelques petits détails vieillots (retouche de peintures à faire, armoires en mélamine qui décollent), mais rien de dérangeant pour nous. À quelques rues du Quartier Français et Bourbon street, aucun besoin de la voiture. Stationnement (payant, mais sécurisé) de l'autre coté de la rue. La terrasse sur le toit est bien agréable avec la piscine, ensemble de patio, chaises longues, BBQ. La piscine est propre et bien entretenue, bien que plus petite que la photo laisse paraitre.
I had to remove 1 star due to the lack of soundproofing of the windows. We were on the 4th floor, but we could have been on the ground floor with the windows wide open and it would have been the same. We knew it was noisy so we were prepared (earplugs) The apartment is very big and clean. A few small outdated details (paint touch-ups to be done, melamine cabinets that are peeling off), but nothing disturbing for us. A few blocks from the French Quarter and Bourbon street, no need for the car. Parking (paying, but secure) across the street. The roof terrace is very pleasant with the swimming pool, patio set, deck chairs, BBQ. The pool is clean and well maintained, although smaller than the photo suggests.

Publié le 17 août 2024 sur HotelsGetting in and out the property wasn’t an issue but the ac in our unit wasn’t great. Also, the bathroom really needs updating. Anyonr can take photos from the correct angle.

There were no towels in the unit. Only one small TV in the living room and no TVs in the bedrooms. Couch was dirty on both sides of the cushions and was pullout feature was broken. Dryer was broken too so we took home wet clothes. We had to pay to park $30/day in a nearby garage.

The area around the property had constant construction and the building had a very dirty odor.

Soda bed was broken. Asked for linen for the sofa bed … never received it. Asked ftowels and only got large ones. parking in a RAT INFESTED lot. Just to name a few things wrong. I opted to stay with Sonder and somehow the property was switched to Roami … AND I HATED IT! Roami will never be a choice in my future travel.

Nice but be prepared to be self sufficient

The apartment was lovely and comfortable, but the building itself is odd - it's an office building converted into apartments. The guards at the front desk did their best to be helpful, but reaching customer service when we were locked out of our front door on arrival was challenging. The "swimming pool" is tiny - more of a soaking pool - great view though. Good value, not sure I'd chose to stay here again.
