Appartement confortable, calme et lumineux situé dans un quartier moderne et bien desservi. Le bâtiment a gardé le charme de la reconversion de l'usine en appartements.

Rat infested

I was not in the unit I thought I originally booked, based on the pictures. Overall the unit was nice. The toilet and bathroom light were not working. I called and was told maintenance would come the following morning and no one came to fix the either issues. Decent property overall. The coffee was really good!

"Amazing Stay in a Stylish Apartment with Perfect
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HotelsI had an amazing stay at this apartment! The industrial look gave it a unique charm, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. The host was quick to respond to any questions. There’s an amazing restaurant right across the street with the best espresso martinis I’ve ever had. The location is unbeatable, with a short walk to the casino, Canal, and Bourbon Street. Highly recommend!

The rental unit was not very clean at all. Badly Stained/soiled furniture including bed, old toilet seats, dirty floors.

Scary experience for a group of women
Publié le 9 juill. 2024 sur HotelsI was booked to a room that was not ready, meaning it was being used as a storage room for the hotel. Full of trash and supplies. Was forced to find elsewhere to stay at the very last minute. What a horrible way to start a girls trip that has been anticipated for all year. Hotel also would not make any other accommodations to suit my group even though it was their mess up.
